I ordered 2 McFlurrys in the drive-thru and was told to wait in spot #1. After waiting for 15 minutes, I walked inside to inquire about my order, only to be told that the machine was broken. I was extremely disappointed with the poor service.
They told us to park for 1 medium iced caramel macchiato and i've been parked for more than 10 minutes at 5pm November 4th, put that shift in check
Because they don't give coffee refills, they always say the same thing as they don't give refills, very bad service.
This place was awful, the ceiling almost fell on my head. Part of it fell on my shoulder ???? I let one of the employee?s know, i have been here for almost an hour and they didnt even bother to check or clean the mess. There?s water everywhere because theceiling is leaking.poor managment and service ever. Do i smell a lawsuit ? I have pictures and videos. Placed a mobile order for curb side picked up waited 20 min in the space and nothing so I walked in to see my order just sitting in the counter... I told them that was my order and that I had been waiting 20. Min in the car and they didn't seem tocare bad customer service
