Very discreet restaurant, away from compiègne, the alsace offers alsatian dishes in the setting that goes with. mme kuntz deals only with the restaurant, and the sauerkrauts to take away, so it is best to inform it of your passage if you want to taste its delicious well-stocked sauerkraut. The schedules are "from Wednesday noon to Sunday noon, at lunchtime," as the charming owner would say.
You young comiegnois vagabond, you are looking to eat a sauerkraut, a munster, a blueberry pie! Stop at Monique, a very nice owner and who transmits the love of his region through his kitchen in a typical setting. Good cuisine, generous, as in our great mothers. To be tested absolutely.
For several years I pass in front of this mysterious restaurant and then tonight what discovery....The decoration is typical and totally personalized, you are immediately plunged into authentic alsace. the meat pie is delicious, the blueberry pie worthy of our moms' desserts with this little more alsatian. everything seems to be made home, from the flamm to the bread. The patronage is touching with generosity and sincerity and makes us share her love of her region. In short nice time of conviviality and travel in this region that I love very much.
Probably the best sauerkraut in the area. a friendly welcome, a warm setting. I strongly recommend.
