Saino Cafe - Como

We decided to dine at Sainos based on the rave reviews regarding their exceptional service and delicious food. It certainly lived up to the hype - this place is fantastic!

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and the food is incredibly tasty! I especially enjoy their biryani.

This Nepalese-Indian restaurant has replaced the sketchy Hong Kong Chinese restaurant (thank goodness!) so the interior is a bit worn down.

Went here on saturday night.Didnt book and the place was dead,only one other couple!!! Not sure why? Anyway ordered samosas for entree, glad to see they were proper indian samosas nice pastry and very tasty filling. For mains we ordered a potato curry which was very nice, a beef madras? now we were asked what heat level, we went for medium? it was the weirdest madras I have ever eaten, really mild and just a strong coconut taste? the meat was nice. The pulao rice was good and the nan bread also good. Service very good. Total cost $52 which I think was very reasonable. We would go back but would not order the beef madras.

We have visited Sain Café last year and enjoyed it then. This time we were welcomed back by a big smile and a very nice meal. The ambience of the café leaves a little to be desired and parking can be tricky - but prices are reasonable and the staff are eager to please. Very happy to come back again.
