There was a long line in the drive thru but I knew my wife r... read more I visited this location on 11-23-22 around 6:30 pm. My wife wanted to try the new chicken sandwich. There was a long line in the drive thru but I knew my wife really wanted to try the new sandwich so I stayed in line. The line took a long time to move upand when got to the speaker I realized why. I was placed on hold for at least 5 minutes before anyone took my order. Then at thefirst window the cashier seemed to struggle with my cash transaction. Once I got to the pickup window I was told to wait for myfood. I sat at the window probably 5-7 minutes, while waiting I noticed employees just standing around not appearing to do muchof anything. I also noticed no other car pulled up to the first window while I was at the second window despite the line aroundthe building. The food was ok but I really questioned whether it was worth the long wait. I have come to the conclusion thatdrive thru speed and friendly service doesn't matter these days. I definitely won't go out of my way to visit this location inthe future as I can get better and faster service somewhere else.

Did u not read my order it said southwest avocado salad not chicken salad and on top of that u didn?t even send me dressing for my salad. So now I spent 22 dollars for door dash and can only gethalf of that back. And still don?t have my dinner! Will not trust this store when it comes to ordering from door dash again!

It is by far the slowest Drive Thru in the area but if there is less than 2 cars we endure the slowness because the food is good and fresh and the workers are f... read more It is by far the slowest Drive Thru in the area but if there is less than 2 cars we endure the slowness because the food is good and fresh and the workers are friendly and courteous. Today though we were the 3rd car in line to order. Like usual it was aLONG wait and once we reached the speaker we were asked to wait some more. After quite a few minutes of more waiting we arefinally asked to order only to be told they were out of 3 different items we tried to order. To top it off, as we pull away werealize we are missing our fries from one of our combos.
