My visit was yesterday 9pm I had a mobile order. When I got the a sign said out for 20min mind you my order was already ready beforehand. I waited the 20min. No one came to open tried calling and nothing. I couldn’t pick up my order. I tried reaching customer service they just respond thank you for sharing your experience. Wow can’t even get a refund!!!!! Small, no restroom, and in the morning, no one in line, which is great! Real complaint is the increase of pricing. More than $50 cents and the taxes that come with it. It was my breakfast and lunch choice. Gotta start making these sandwiches at home now.
So I walk inside and tell my GF to order while I use the restroom, I ask if they have restrooms available for costumers, girl behind the desk tells me “NO, ONLY FOR CLIENTS” … so can I use it? “NO IS ONLY FOR US WORERS” Okay, so I walk away and my GF still wants to buy something so she goes back while I get a burrito next door at Del Taco, the girl (employee) sitting down just staring at her and walked out? We asked if there is anyone working that could Help us and the girl outside says “oh yeah there is another girl inside but she doesn’t wanna come out” … amazing service, keep it up
Great location, was calm at the time we were there!
It is a very clean place, they serve very well and quickly.
