They deliver outstanding customer service and are incredibly quick and efficient!

They even extended their hours by an additional 20 minut... read more I find the staff at Ingles to be quite chatty, but my visit to this Starbucks yesterday was remarkable. They even extended their hours by an additional 20 minutes just to make my latte, and they might have even restarted one of the machines just for me. I will definitely return to this Starbucks in the future because I truly value dedicated and hardworking individuals.

This was one of the last places I anticipated having such a problem, especially considering how much we spend at Starbucks. They definitely need to improve their hygiene practices. It's really disappointing.

I was really disappointed. The store was practically empty, and we were the only ones in line. My son only wanted two items: a pink drink and warmed banana brea... read more I was really disappointed. The store was practically empty, and we were the only ones in line. My son only wanted two items: a pink drink and warmed banana bread. The drink was made right away, but we waited for the banana bread to be warmed. After 13 minutes, it still hadn’t come, and other customers who ordered after us had already received their food. When I asked, they had to look up the order because no one was aware of it. Then I saw the employee take the banana bread out of the plastic with her bare hands—no gloves or tongs—warm it, and then put it in a bag the same way. She didn’t wash her hands after handling money and serving other customers. I was upset, my son was upset, and there was no manager available. We ended up leaving and throwing the food away because I couldn’t let him eat it. I definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon and will look for somewhere else to go instead. This was one of the last places I expected this to happen, especially given how much we pay at Starbucks. They should definitely take better health precautions. So disappointing.
