I really enjoy Starbucks, but I'm let down that they don't permit customers to bring their own cups for discounts, unlike some other establishments. I think Starbucks should be more environmentally conscious, as there is already an excessive amount of waste in the world. Even a small change could lead to a significant difference.
I was really disappointed. I ordered a small frappé, but it wasn't blended properly at all! The caramel, coffee, and milk were just stacked on top of each other, making it very unappealing.
Some of the machines were out of order, so they couldn't serve the drink I wanted, even though there was still an hour left until closing. There really are no excuses for this. If you're open, you should be able to offer everything on your menu—it's as simple as that.
I was really disappointed. The store was practically empty, and we were the only ones in line. My son only wanted two items: a pink drink and warmed banana bread. The drink was made right away, but we waited for the banana bread to be warmed. After 13 minutes, it still hadn’t come, and other customers who ordered after us had already received their food. When I asked, they had to look up the order because no one was aware of it. Then I saw the employee take the banana bread out of the plastic with her bare hands—no gloves or tongs—warm it, and then put it in a bag the same way. She didn’t wash her hands after handling money and serving other customers. I was upset, my son was upset, and there was no manager available. We ended up leaving and throwing the food away because I couldn’t let him eat it. I definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon and will look for somewhere else to go instead. This was one of the last places I expected this to happen, especially given how much we pay at Starbucks. They should definitely take better health precautions. So disappointing.
