Fantastic food! The sole dinner paired with pasta and a generous portion of vegetables was delightful, and the spinach ravioli was equally delicious, served hot and perfectly tender. Thank you for an amazing meal! View all feedback.

What Theo Ngema dislikes about Il Saggio:

It's OK. I would have rather ate in Olive Garden instead of eating at this pretend fancy restaurant. Forced to sit in a parking lot because 1/8 of us isn't vaccinated. View all feedback.

Excellent service! The roasted veal is the best you'll ever taste. The ravioli was fantastic as well. If you're a fan of Tiramisu, you won't be let down.

We had a wonderful experience at Il Saggio. The food was delightful—we enjoyed the spaghetti al frutti di mare, spaghetti alla bolognese, and shrimp scampi on a few occasions. The bread was warm and fresh, and the wine was reasonably priced. The service, along with the robot serving us, was perfect. If the decor were a bit nicer, we would have rated it 5 stars.

Delicious food with a great selection of wines. The homemade desserts are absolutely fantastic. This place is a hidden gem. We enjoyed the Osso Bucco, black risotto with salmon and shrimp, and the cheesecake—all excellent choices. We’ll definitely be returning.

My wife discovered this wonderful restaurant. After shopping at the Citadel, we decided to stop by. The first thing that impressed us was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Next, the food delighted us with its authentic flavors and homemade quality. Everything was exactly as we hoped. I enjoyed the Chicken Marsala, and my wife loved her fettuccine with mushrooms and seafood. I must also mention that the tiramisu was rich and delicious. We will definitely be returning.

On Saturday, I tried to call for a reservation but was unable to get through, which felt discouraging. However, we were hopeful! The next day, I tried again and got confirmation. We made plans to go, but we had a backup plan in mind just in case. Thankfully, we didn't need it! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we were smitten. The outdoor setup was lovely, the music was soothing, and the food being served looked just like the pictures we had seen. We appreciated the precautions the staff took to ensure everyone's safety during COVID-19, and the staff members were incredibly charming, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The temporary, condensed menu was full of dishes that sounded fantastic, and we were pleasantly surprised by how affordable the prices were. We all decided to indulge a bit and order some wine to accompany our meals. To our delight, we were treated like royalty, sampling until we found our perfect choices – and everything was delicious! The staff graciously brought out the famous garlic bread I'd read about in reviews. Wow! We've all had garlic bread before, but this was on another level of deliciousness. I didn’t even need to ask for balsamic vinegar and olive oil; they brought it out without me saying a word. Between the three of us, we ordered Fettuccini Ai Funghi Porcini Con Capesante E Gamberi, Linguini Alle Vongole, and Fettuccini Alfredo with spinach and chicken. Oh my goodness! Everything was fresh, generous in portion, and bursting with flavor. We rounded off our meal by sharing a tiramisu, which was absolutely divine! We were all completely in love with this place!

A delicious Italian restaurant, great flavors and presentation; Portions are good and service is excellent. They bring to the table garlic roasted bread, which is beautiful, warm and crisp. The restaurant has its own free parking, note that the entrance to the restaurant is not from the front door, but from the parking lot. Total value of the drive
