It was not very busy w... read more I have dined at many other Fuddruckers locations, so I am familiar with the chain. This particular location is connected to a truck stop. It was not very busy when we arrived on a Tuesday night, but there was still a wait of about 10 minutes to place our order due to only one cash register being open. The staff seemed to be a bit disorganized and had to have orders repeated to them. The prices were on the higher side for what we received. The food took a long time to come out, which is understandable as it is cooked to order, but it was exceptionally slow. The restaurant appeared to be new, but was in need of some maintenance with dirty floors, empty trash cans, and dirty tables. Our burgers were overcooked and dry, even though I had asked for mine to be cooked medium and it came out well done. The fries were the only highlight as they were hot and well-seasoned. The employees appeared to be overwhelmed. Overall, I would not go back to this location.
