I usually just order through the app, and I've never encountered any issues with them running out of items or not being able to process my mobile order. The staff at the drive-thru are always friendly, although I often have to remind them that I’m the mobile order. However, once they understand, they usually have my order correct. That said, the drive-thru microphone and their accents can sometimes make it difficult to hear what they're saying. Overall, it’s a great Dunkin’ experience, with only minor communication hiccups!
The recent management changes have really enhanced efficiency and staff training! The drinks are now even more delicious than they used to be. I'm happy I decided to return to Dunkin. While the lines can be a bit lengthy and you may have to repeat your order at times, they truly do their best.
I order exclusively with the app. I never had any problems with being out of something or not being able to edit my mobile order. the window workers are always friendly, but I often have to tell them that I am the mobile order. but if that's clear, they usually have my right job. her drive thru microphone/speaker and accented makes it often hard to understand them. it's a perfect dunkin,' which expects only mild communication hotcups!
I always enjoy coming to this place. I had the mocha latte along with hash browns (my favorite) and a donut for my child. Everything was very good!
They should believe the bad reviews that people write. my coffee smells like enchiladas and the chocolate croissant they sold me was so stale that they had to heat it up. I took a bite and couldn't believe they sold it to me. in the müll everything went. what can they do when they turn around on the way through the drive? no one has time for that. they don't waste their money here, elsewhere, but here!
