What Lola Davis doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
they should believe the bad reviews that people write. my coffee smells like enchiladas and the chocolate croissant they sold me was so stale that they had to heat it up. I took a bite and couldn't believe they sold it to me. in the müll everything went. what can they do when they turn around on the way through the drive? no one has time for that. they don't waste their money here, elsewhere, but here! I ordered 3 Matcha Lattes on the app. They weren’t ready when I got there. The employee was taking care of another customer, and when he got to me, he told me that his machine needed another 10 minutes to clean. I didn’t have ten minutes, so I told him to refund me my money. He told me I need to do it myself on the app, which is impossible to do. I literally kept going back and forth with him, and he refused to refund me and told me I just need to wait. I was already going to be late for a meeting, and kept telling him that I needed my money back. He wouldn’t give me the manager’s info… finally, he told me he would call the manager, and it took another 10 minutes to get my money back. I ended up late yo my meeting, with no lattes… all because he refused to just refund me my own money. I will never go back there again
Nice people I always tip. I got the moca lattee with hashbrowns (my fave) and donut for kid.. very good.
They need to find employees that speak and understand English better. The lady that was working the drive-thru I could barely understand and when I got up to the window I was charged for an extra order of egg white bites that I never ordered. The woman working the drive-thru misunderstood what I said. Terrible service and they did not even try to work with me to not charge me for the thing I never ordered.
Friendly staff, donuts are decent, the coffee is never right
I order exclusively with the app. I never had any problems with being out of something or not being able to edit my mobile order. the window workers are always friendly, but I often have to tell them that I am the mobile order. but if that's clear, they usually have my right job. her drive thru microphone/speaker and accented makes it often hard to understand them. it's a perfect dunkin,' which expects only mild communication hotcups!
