I placed a mobile order on 1-2-2024. I ordered 2 donuts a medium hot coffee and 1 bacon egg and cheese wrap. When I got to the speaker I told her I was picking up my mobile order. She was very rude telling me that yeah it just came through. I placed this order at 5:01 a.m. and I was the only customer at this Dunkin. It took over 10 minutes to get my order. I went through the drive-thru at 10:00 AM on a Monday and was informed that I couldn’t order the sourdough sandwich because they were short-staffed and didn't have time to prepare it. There was also a sign on the door stating that the lobby would be closed until 7:15 AM due to the staffing issues. What is going on? It's just Monday morning!
Every time I order online or have it delivered my order always comes out wrong. I just ordered 2 coffees and a dozen through doordash, and while the coffees were exactly what we wanted, there wasn?t a single thing in the dozen that we actually ordered.Just a mix of everything but what was ordered. If they were out of what I wanted they could have at least expressed that to thedasher and they could have contacted us. I?ve never had an issue with dashing from any other restaurant on banks crossing exceptfor this Dunkin?.
30 minutes in drive through. Had an online order. Waited another 10 mins. Ordered online 45 mins ago cEverything was cold and none of it was correct. I understand your sign of lone ranger. Being the only one there. Close down the store.
