30 minutes in drive through. Had an online order. Waited another 10 mins. Ordered online 45 mins ago cEverything was cold and none of it was correct. I understand your sign of lone ranger. Being the only one there. Close down the store.
I go here at 5:30am every morning never had issues until the past month. They take 1 cars order and won?t take the next cars order until they have completed the previous cars order and they have drove off. Not sure what has happened but this locationused to be fast and the best. Bring back the young guy that used to work in the morning.
They took my order on line and then when I get there to pick it up ...they had none of the donuts I ordered. And it would take 3 tpli 5 days to get my ???? ney jabk
They didn?t look our direction. They didn?t acknowledge us. They didn?t say a word. I understand they may be busy or understaffed, but what experienced was a combination of a lack of manners and training. Went to starbucks and was greated byfriendly talkative people. Complete opposite interaction.
Every time I order online or have it delivered my order always comes out wrong. I just ordered 2 coffees and a dozen through doordash, and while the coffees were exactly what we wanted, there wasn?t a single thing in the dozen that we actually ordered.Just a mix of everything but what was ordered. If they were out of what I wanted they could have at least expressed that to thedasher and they could have contacted us. I?ve never had an issue with dashing from any other restaurant on banks crossing exceptfor this Dunkin?.
