The best chicken I've had from KFC in a long time! Ashley provided excellent customer service, which is quite rare these days. Great job!
The service was impressively quick. The staff was excellent, particularly the young man at the window, who provided outstanding customer service—a rarity these days, and something I truly appreciate. Date of visit: June 10, 2022.
The woamen named fernanda is so disrespectful u professional i called to inform my order was wrong nicely. she started scremimg at me on the phone. so i simply hung up. i dont even want my ordered corrected. me or my family wont come back .
7/19/22.Commerce City KFCOnce again you did not fail to disappoint.The girl voice at the drive thru was extremely rude.A simple acknowledgement of my order change would have been nice.I won't be back for a long time. However the young man that handed me my order was nice.Church's has much better customer service. I will go there from now on.
The worst kfc ever the doors are always locked. I went in one day and the manager called an employee the n-word because he was upset that he couldn't get his paycheck. The corporation needs to look into why this store is struggling
