Paid for my food. Waited 25 min for it and didn't get my food. They said they don't see my order. My total was $31.89. My money was rounded up to $32 and didn't get my change back. It's not hard to do ur job right even if your busy. Was late to my movie because of this.
Pretty much upset with this situation, the load to close whenever they want and waste people time and gas. Do not put their working time after when they only close when they are tired to work. completely unacceptable. who's driving here?
Tori was extremely rude. Telling my daughter to shut up. When I asked for her name she then hung out the drive thru window and flipped me off. Didn't have any chicken ready at 730 at night and they don't close till 10. Everytime I go I get told I have to wait for chicken and then all the workers are outside hanging out in the cars smoking. My order is always missing something. This is totally unacceptable. Will NEVER eat at that KFC again. It's worth the drive to go to another one just for good service.
The best chicken I've had from KFC in a long time! Ashley provided excellent customer service, which is quite rare these days. Great job!
