Dutch Bros Coffee - Commerce City

Great customer service and they offer great rewards. My favorite is Breve Caramel. My drink is ordered extra hot with whip cream drizzled with caramel. Delicious ?

If I could rate this location a 0 starts I would!! Kid swiped and charged my card 3 times and kept trying to swipe it stating it wasn't working yet I was getting notifications from my bank of multiple charges. Goes to tell his manager and their solution was to try swiping my card again. I showed them three times that my card was already charged. The manager steps in and just says they're going to give us our drinks on the house and refund us. Hello admitting they charged us already. As she's handing our drinks she throws attitude and states the guy outside said we treated him wrong and we should consider treating them better since they make minimum wage. 1. No one was rude to anyone up until she wants to throw attitude and say dumb stuff. 2. Making minimum wage sounds like a personal problem to me and it none of my concern as you chose to work there. I was charged 3 times and was not rude to anyone there even was nice to the girl trying to retake our order outside and the girl at the window. For my card being charged 3 times I was very calm. There's nothing but children working here that don't know how to treat people when they are the ones in the wrong. Very disappointed this location needs a new manager and a better employee who's not going to cry when they're in the wrong.

First time trying Dutch Bros today. I downloaded the app on my phone a few weeks ago. Then, today I got a notification for a free medium drink reward from Dutch Bros. Since I was out this way doordashing, I thought it would be perfect to use the reward for the free drink today when I pass by. The line was long but I got my drink pretty quickly. I didnt even have to wait through the whole line because my drink was brought out to me while i was still waiting in line, Which was cool. I love iced coffee, so I got the Golden eagle iced with whipped cream. I was so excited to try it and I was not disappointed. The girl who took my order was super sweet and friendly. And if you're wondering if I think it's better than other coffee places... I do. especially if you like your coffee flavorful and sweet.

I ordered a white chocolate mocha. It was disappointing for two reasons. One the flavor was disappointing. It seems it was most likely made from syrup rather than the premium white chocolate sauce. Secondly it was mostly ice. Having never ordered the drink before I had no way to know the drink was more ice than coffee...

I'm so glad to have a Dutch Bros in this area! The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, as at most Dutch Bros. Don't let the long lines deter you; they move quickly. Ask for a flavor suggestion if you want to mix up the usual coffee order.
