7-eleven - Commerce City

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere felt unsettling, and the temperature was uncomfortable, either too cold or too hot. The microwave even seemed clean, which was surprising. The staff at the cash registers were either oblivious or downright rude, and sometimes both. However, I have to acknowledge that during my last visit, the quality of the product was exceptional. They take pride in what they sell and how their employees represent the brand. I appreciate how they promptly address any complaints or issues. They've recently let go of all the new employees at this particular 7-Eleven, which shows they are serious about improvement. I also commend them for implementing random drug testing for their staff. There’s still room for improvement, especially in keeping the parking lot tidy on Fridays, but they are definitely on the right track.

Wow, I had an amazing experience thanks to Cindy! She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. You could tell she sincerely wanted me to have a great rest of my day. I'm not sure if she's still in management, but if she's not, she definitely should be! If 7-Eleven can't recognize her potential as an outstanding manager, then they really don’t know what they’re missing!

My checkout experience was exceptionally helpful, informative, and friendly. I wish I could remember his name because he truly deserves recognition. It was last night, Friday, February 19, around 6:00 PM. Great job—make sure to keep him!
