Vitality Bowls Colorado Springs

This last Sunday was my first time in and then I came back yesterday evening to see if it really was as great as I thought. Which it most definitely is, the bowls are a little small for the price, however, they are fresh and the topping have not had a sour flavor yet, unlike most other places which is why it was so hard to find a good spot up until now. The parking lot is a little whack but it could be worse, the only complaint I have is the steak for the wraps and how weird it tasted.

Work right next door and this is my go-to if I forget my lunch or am in a time crunch between patients! The teenagers working here are so accommodating, called today around 10:40ish asking if they could bring my smoothie (that I placed for pick up) over to my work and they did! You guys always go above and beyond, you definitely have a great team! Thanks Vitality Bowls!!

I recommend for the avocado toast, you give two slices , rather than one. Most of the restaurants in town, give two or even three slices and charge the same. But overall, our party enjoyed the atmosphere.

We found our new fave salad, wrap, etc spot. They connect the health properties with the great ingredients that are good for you. You might feel the salads are a bit pricey for a casual setting, but do consider what's in the salad and the price is inline. We found everything else priced at or lower than we'd expect. We had the Vitality Wrap and the Morning Glory Wrap. We both skipped the onion, personal preference. They're generous proportions and we both found them quite tasty. For me, this is a good substitute to Green District that we miss since they closed.Also found both of the staff this evening friendly and accommodating.This will be our new go to for when we're looking for healthy and clean ingredients.

Steak and chimichurri is delicious, just needs more chimichurri sauce.
