Valley Hi Golf Course

Overall the course is in really good shape! Hole #10 is especially bad shape and playing as par 3 but overall its still a great deal for the money!

We’re gonna call this the country club of the area. The course layout itself was really good and a little challenging.Now for the cons.The fairways are rough with lots of patches, the roughs are definitely gonna be a rough.Tee boxes need to better marked and treated with a lot more attention.Do not forget your score card the carts didn’t have them but they are inside when checking in.The cart paths are run down, and bumpy.The signage for showing the next hole as no markings. Had to look and search for different holes and spend time looking for the next tee box.For a quick round and if you don’t mind the course being a little run down and older the money wasn’t bad.Layout was good, but course needs some maintenance.

Great course for a great price and not overlychallenging but not easy. Playing an early round keeps the pace up as it slows down throughout the day. No better option for the price in the springs, the staff is always friendly.

I rate this course a strong three at best. Before I get into the negative, let me give you the positives. The staff was wonderful, the greens and most of the tee boxes were in excellent condition. Nice practice greens and driving range. Lastly, I was paired with couple of pretty cool local players.As for the negative. Some (8 of 18) of the fairways look like I was at goat farm. They were badly worn in need of proper drainage. From speaking with the guys I was playing with they said that is the best they’ve looked in a long time.For the rate that was charged, I feel I grossly over payed but overall had a pretty good experience. This is my fair and honest assessment, that said, you should come out and Judge for your self.

In good shape but needs the marshy areas treated for mosquitoes.
