Got in line, ordered my food and went to pay and there is a tip option, why? I tipped but for what? My food was brought to me but no one ever checks on you again. I had to get my own napkins, ketchup and straw, and get back in line for every thing else. Great coffee and baked goods here along with the yummy breakfast and lunch options its easy to see why this place is always busy. Sometimes food beats drinks or drinks well beat the food and you have to consider a second coffee.
