Be aware this Subway does not take part in any of the advertised deals. I placed an order online and paid for it. When I went to go pick up the subs, I was told my order was cancelled because they don’t do promotions. Won’t be returning to this location View all feedback.
Employees hate their job and its extremely toxic in this store. Go to the one on Delmonico for friendly service.
I've been stopping here for years, and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly/efficient and the food is good.
Server Josh was nice and was great to talk to. Sub was great, and had all the toppings I wanted. Reason I gave it 3 stars is the owner. The owner actually should have 0 stars or negative -5 stars. I went online to order and signed up for Subway to make it easier to order in the future. This specific subway store on 6880 Centennial Blvd in Colorado Springs does NOT offer any specials. If you want to get the current special right now which is buy one footlong sub, and get the second sub at 50% or get a regular foot long sub for $5.99, this specific subway location does NOT offer that, they do not participate in this like the other subway stores do. Obviously, the owner does not care about great customer service and putting in effort to retain returning customers. Owner just cares about how much money he can make and put in his pocket, and trying to get as much money out of the customers as he can!
The Josh's and the girl are awesome, always friendly and inviting, I stop by at least once a week. The food is always fresh especially the bread, and the cookies are always soft. Cleanest location I have ever been to and I think they're the best in the Springs. Worth any drive to get here. Just wish they'd bring back Swiss cheese and Honey Oat bread.
I placed an online order. Picked up, got back to work to eat, and there was NO SAUCE on my sandwich. I called and asked for a refund. The manger said they can’t give me a refund because the person who made the sandwich “said” they put the sauce on. I LITERALLY COULD NOT SEE OR TASTE ANY SAUCE! The way you handle unsatisfied customers is terrible. I will never get anything from this location again. I also filed a complaint on the Subway website. Y’all can keep your dry sandwiches
