I absolutely love this location! I stop in very frequently and have never had an issue. I love being recognized when I come in to pickup my order, it makes me feel like an appreciated customer. 10/10 best location in town.

Ordered the buttered noodles tonight and I was so disappointed. I’ve ordered it before and it was tasty, but tonight it was so bland and cold. I had to add some sauce and seasoning to the dish when it arrived at the house. Very sad dinner.

Wow! I just paid $18 for a TV dinner. Actually, I've had TV dinners that were better. THE SALT. And I love salt but this was....wow. I got the roasted garlic cream tortellini with parmesan crusted chicken. The mushrooms were about the only edible part. The chicken and sauce were extremely salty. The spinach had sand in it or maybe really big salt crystals? I don't know. I forced down the tortellini but it wasn't enjoyable. Ordered this for pickup to treat myself to a birthday dinner. I haven't been to Noodles and Company in years. I'm so sad....and dehydrated. I can say the food was hot and ready on time. So, they get two stars for that but never again will I order food from here.

We came like hr before they close and don't have any items for the food we dicede and we have to change food couple times....

Oh boy, have I got a lot to say. Buckle up MFs.Starting off, this company needs to rethink who they hire and who they REALLY need to fire. The General manager Daniel asks his UNDERAGE female employees a LOT of inappropriate questions, and management (specifically the area manager Stephanie Nyugen) has been made aware of his behavior, but refuses to do anything about it. She has also been made aware of other employees inappropriate behavior towards the underage workers, and done nothing about it.Management is basically allowing misconduct and sexual harassment to occur in their work environment. My advice for any female employees that work there is to sue because that behavior is unacceptable.More on about that Daniel guy, he also has a habit of “messing up” his employees times on purpose, and ROBS them of their hours (which they should be getting paid for). He does this because employees are NOT supposed to work more than a certain amount of overtime or He will get in trouble with his boss. I would not be surprised if he has also been giving himself more hours.Moving on, lets talk about the AGM Danielle. Who is a literally an addict. Comes to work high on white powder (coke), and management doesn’t care because she will work for them for a small amount of money.Now more pressing matters. If you’re thinking about eating here. Don’t. Its disgusting. The area is near the skid row of colorado springs (nevada) where there are a lot of homeless, and they come into the bathroom and inject themselves with all sorts of things. Their employees have asked for something to be done about that but again, the company has yet to address this. What a surprise…Congrats! If you made it this far, have a cookie ?? and remember kids, we don’t work for or support companies that act like this.
