Food was good, service awful fast food chains now it doesn’t care about it… they just want now sell to go… dirty tables and soda machine without ice and drinks to.

Went through the drive through yesterday July 4th and the place was like a ghost town. The lot was empty there were no customers in front or behind me. I pre ordered a double BACON CHEESEBURGER meal through the restaurant app in advance. I got there and was asked to wait a few minutes in the parking lot because they hadn't started or just started making the patties. In my mind that was alright and probably good as that would mean everything would be freshly made. Well I assumed that since no one was there that one simple order that is on their menu would be correct since I was the only customer at that time. I got home and lo and behold, come to find out I misjudged the employees. They stapled the bag shut so of course I didn't open it to make sure it was correct before driving back home and I live about 20 minutes away from this place. This meal was for my son, not for me so I'm pretty annoyed that they took my money and didn't even put bacon in the burger! To me that is the point of calling it a bacon cheeseburger . I want my money back for not only waiting for an order I put in online and still having to wait when there where literally no other customers around, but also for them getting my order wrong and leaving out the most important part of the burger when they had NO OTHER orders to fulfill! I called a million times trying to get a refund but they their voicemail message claims they're busy even though anytime I've gone there it has been pretty dead and they're in fact just not answering. There is no excuse for this to have happened. I will go back if I have to to speak with a manager and let them know about the lazy employees they had putting together my one meal on July 4th smh. Tried calling them a million times and they don't answer claiming it's cause they're busy when I know for a fact they have no customerskerping them from answering the phone.

So cooking the food is now off the table. This location needs to be shut down

Dined in with a friend, we paid separately. There was 4 burgers total ordered. We were missing our extra burger and my husband went to the counter with receipt in hand and mentioned that we were missing a burger. Joy the manager in store immediately said she had given us our three burgers (one for each person). He told her that we had ordered an extra one other than what our friend ordered and she proceeded to give us attitude. It took another customer complaining about our experience to get her to give us a refund for her lack of customer service.

Lobby was closed and it was extremely hard to get an order communicated, the manager wasn't even doing anything, and then went and sat behind the dumpster with another employee. Simply lazy meanwhile the young guy is up front on his own. And if you're too understaffed to keep the lobby open you surely don't keep two people on a break if that's what it was.
