What Guadalupe Montoya doesn't like about Chuck E. Cheese In Colorado Spr:
Very rude, tried to tell me I couldn't leave with my kids cause there stamp washed off, no one told me when my kids washed there hands and the stamp rubbed off that i had to prove its my kid, very ridiculous. Chuck e cheese is a joke from when I was younger. View all feedback.
The fact spending $300 for my daughter 's 5th birthday party and nothing was explained to me of anything on what needed to be done or what was happening, always had to go find the lady who was hosting our party to me was just a waste of money. Everything was chaotic. Made a complaint to manager and she just said oh sorry . I 'm one to leave huge tips with great service but service there was worst I 've seen
EDIT After the below happened, sent an email to the corporate office as requested, had conversations with the Area manager, and have involved the police because the total amount of attempted false charges exceeded $2,000. Area Manager acknowledged that an employee was fired but wouldn 't go into more details. Corporate office never responded to emails. And their only offer to make up for their employee 's actions was to give us 1 hr of free play and a redo of the birthday song. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never return to this place, ever. Went to Chuck E. Cheese today to assist in hosting a birthday party. The location has definitely received some updates since my last visit, several years ago, but unfortunately that 's not going to make up for the poor service and now fraudulent charges that have appeared on a credit card that was used to pay for the party today. We received a message of charges that were attempted on the card to an online retailer and a food location. The notification was the first sign of problems so we called the CC company. After calling the CC company, we were told that the original charge from Chuck E Cheese was refunded and then charged at a rate of $28 less. And then there was the 1 charge to the retailer that was denied, but then 2 charges that did go through ironically equall the amount that was different from the 2 charges to Chuck E. Cheese. Then there was the charge to the food location. More charges were attempted within 24 hrs, in excess of $1,800 on other parent 's card, for a total of more than $2,000. While there, the staff were not really friendly and then they held tickets as a sort of ransom based on whether or not you gave them a good review. We were asked at least 4 different times if we gave them the review before they would give the additional tickets. This is absolutely insane that a place that 's supposed to be family friendly will fraudulently use customer 's credit cards and then use tickets as quid pro quo for good reviews. At nearly $30 per kid, I 'm sure you can find a better place that doesn 't fraudulently use your CC after visiting their location and then demand good reviews in exchange for tickets.
The staff here apparently does not like children with disabilities. And the employees think they can raise their voices at people for no reason when their children are standing right there. Because we were told that we could not be in that section of the. Hold back side because there was going to be a birthday party. That had not arrived yet, so when I ask the manager undoubtedly. If his employees is this a normal practice he asked me if my disabled 5 year old was screaming. I told him no, Like that was even a question to ask and he did nothing. I did proceed to tell him that if he had something against children with disabilities. That I would take care of it and we left. If you have children that make any noise at all or you sit in the wrong spot, you may not want to take your children to this chuck e cheese. I have reached out to the Home Office. Corporate that owns chunky cheese in their umbrella and they still have not returned my call.
Kids had fun in the arcade and games, pizza is a bit pricey for the quality.
My child couldn't be happier with the 60 day unlimited summer pass. However, as a parent, I'm highly disappointed. The staff is beyond rude. I've watched them flat out argue with parents when the staff was in the wrong. I've watched them chase parents (myself included) out the door demanding they return back inside to have their stamp scanned prior to leaving with their child. If you're giving a stamp when someone enters, educate them on what it is for and that it needs to be rescanned prior to existing. The Dip n Dots regularly has hair and mold in the container along with severe freezer burn. The games are a hit or miss as to whether or not they work or give out the tickets when a child wins. If you approach the staff about missing tickets, they will take your card and tell you they've added them but don't actually apply them to your balance. The pizza is surprisingly decent and the unicorn churros aren't too bad.
