The worst service ever. I ordered my meal with avocado and this is what I see under all my lettuce. I mean common this is a brown going bad avocado whole and hard. It made my entire meal taste awful. This is disappointing, n to think they charged me 2.45 for the nasty avocado is not cool. Guess I wont be buying there again.
The WORST experiences I've ever had at Chipotle were here. The cashier girl named Enya is extremely rude!! She is always trying to overcharge me for no reason. Keep in mind I try not to make a big deal about it but this happens everytime I go (atleast twice a month) so im pretty sure she does it on purpose. I will not overpay for something I don't have to, Chipotle ia already expensive enough. And somehow she still gives attitude and makes it seem like it's my fault lol. She needs to learn manners, customer service and how to do her job properly. There is no need to be so rude to a customer. This has made this location lose yet another loyal customer . Chipotle management please do better, read these reviews and properly retrain or fire these horrible employees. When there are so many individuals eager to work there.
I usually go and order food in person for take out and every time the order is correct because I can see what they are adding. Today I placed the order in the app to save time. I ordered the usual 2 salads for my co-worker and I, but when we opened the bowl there was no lettuce, the order said salad so I don?t understand why there was no lettuce. Also the meals seemed pre-mixed and stirred and it was mostly rice. So FYI, if you order online, check your meals to make sure they?re right before you leave the window.
If i could leave zero stars i would. I went into the restaurant and as I stood at the front counter waiting to order not a single employee acknowledged me. Everyone was on their phone playing around gossiping. A couple of employees looked at me and blatantly ignored me. I have ordered at this location before and they usually ignore you or barely acknowledge you. This location is an embarrassment. Where in the world is the manager? I am a manager at a restaurant and i would never let my employees behave this way. Corporate needs to get involved. Unacceptable.
