However, rising inconsistency has left some customers with stale bagels, missing or incorrect items, slow or distracted service and occasional communication breakdowns. Terrible service. Clerk dropped people's food into bags. Totally disinterested. More interested in watching TV. Had no idea what I ordered. Simple bagel and butter! Won't be back
Need to update their closing and opening hours. I even called around 5 and they still wouldn’t pick up the phone.
Only went in to grab some breakfast, was fast, and the food was great but a bit pricey for what I got.
Prices are out of control. I get inflation is a thing right now, but there is no justification for what they’re charging
My order is perfect every time. I'm picky so my food is made incorrectly often everywhere I go but have never had a problem here. Whether I order in person or over DoorDash it's always exactly what I want. My new favorite deli.
