Pizza was good but the sauce was a little sweet and the dough needs fermenting for longer to rise and get more flavour. As a bonus, they were actua... read more We had a wonderful dinner here on a Saturday night. The pizzas were delicious with fresh ingredients and a great price for the size. As a bonus, they were actually baked in a wood oven. The only suggestion I would make is to increase the yeast in the dough and allow to proof for a bit longer to achieve a chewier and lighter crust, although, I do understand it is difficult to achieve this at high elevations. We had a bruschetta appetizer with Serrano ham that was super flavorful. There was a nice selection of music playing and the decorations of the restaurant made for a very romantic atmosphere. 100% recommended!
