So, when we were invited to dine out and were to... read more Comiso is not the most beautiful of cities on the island of Sicily. It does not seem to have much going for it. So, when we were invited to dine out and were told that the restaurant was in Comiso, we had our doubts. One should never build up unfounded preconceived ideas and keep an open mind!! What an unexpected delight that we found when we arrived for dinner. The service is absolutely impeccable, warm and friendly. We decided on the taster menu and each dish with accompanying wine was explained by a staff member and thoroughly enjoyed by us. The food is excellent very well presented and simply delicious. Some say that it is a little expensive but we think that it is well worth it. We shall certainly return.
