A set menu with a main course and dessert, but no starters, which was a shame! The capon paupiette with morels was very good, the sauce excellent, the butternut gratin too crunchy for my taste, and three carrots lost on the plate with three salad leaves and vinaigrette dressing, which I could have done without. A good, hearty rice pudding. I give it a very good rating!
