The service is truly excellent, the staff is able to meet any need, including culinary ones. I have celiac disease and, by warning them, they managed to offer me a good and plentiful alternative dinner to the one planned and also a good breakfast. We really liked the spa kit in the room. The only small flaw, perhaps an unfortunate coincidence: unfortunately it started raining in the late afternoon and obviously all the hotel guests flocked to the spa not knowing how to occupy the time before dinner, due to the large number of rooms perhaps the spa is a a little undersized. We had to wait a bit to use the hot tub and sauna, in the meantime we alternated showers with the Turkish bath. However, a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The waiters and the waiter are fantastic.

The location is good, even if to get to the hotel you face a descent and then an equally steep and not exactly easy climb! The swimming pool is beautiful and very well maintained, the deck chairs made available are very comfortable, the rooms are excellent, all very well furnished and clean. The service at the internal restaurant is very good, the buffets are also excellent for breakfast in the morning. Good waiters always ready to satisfy the customer! Many activities offered in the area, a really nice stay! I also suggest thanks to the good value for money. ️ Rooms: Very clean rooms, modern furnishings, new and well-equipped bathrooms, with hairdryer available; attention to the customer, a lot of kindness Nearby activities: The beautiful Terme di Comano; the beautiful spa park , very well developed with wide paths and interesting indications on the various types of plants, also very suitable for children; nearby the Castle of Stenico, very beautiful I suggest to everyone; Rio Bianco waterfalls, easily reachable really a lot to see! Food drinks: Good restaurant with good value for money, extraneous kindness of the waiters and good service, good wine list, possibility of enjoying even a single glass of good quality wine
