Regarding the foods that we intended to eat deliciously... Presentation of the dishes also pleasing to the eye. We were disappointed with the taste of the food. We'll start with the coffees... My husband ordered an Americano coffee and I had a cappuccino. My husband's arrived first...and they brought him a pot of coffee...in a ceramic cup. When my cappuccino arrived they brought me a latte. Arguing that they did it that way...mmmm. They exchanged it for a pot of coffee Same good flavor as my husband's....only it came to me in a clay jar.. We requested two very delicious piloncillo seeds. To accompany our coffee. Then our dishes arrived. My husband ordered a ham and cheese omelette. And I ordered a NATURAL LOIN burrito.... AND IT ARRIVED MARINED THE CHEESE OF BOTH IS OF VERY POOR QUALITY.., HOW A SINGLE INGREDIENT CAN GIVE THE DISH SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN TASTY....DESPITE THE OTHER ERRORS. IN COMALA THERE ARE GOOD CHEESES... THIS IS CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM... THEY HAVE A LOT IN THEIR FAVOR. IT WILL BE MORE EXPENSIVE TO BUY A GOOD CHEESE?? YES....YES IT WILL BE....THAT PRICE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE COSTS OF YOUR MENU.... AND THIS WAY YOU WILL ATTRACT BETTER DINNERS. WE LEAVE HALF OF OUR FOOD..
