We had the house made Enchilada sausage, Brisket Frito Pie, and Smoked Turkey Sandwich on Toast w/ Pistachio Pesto.Come on! For a food truck right off the highway this place was very surprising to me. I was in the culinary industry for 15 years and I know what it takes to make it. This place has it . Excellent service, signature dishes that you cannot find anywhere else- well executed with obvious care, and location location location. The food had me shaking my head with my mouth full and muttering, Nik 's Not Normal . We 'll tell everyone about this restaurant and defintely stop in anytime we 're in Canyon Lake. Great job!

They don't yet have stable hours..but look for them fri-sun and will add Thurs when building opens.. they are definitely worth it!!
Nik trained as a chef and his training shows! It all tastes fantastic, and I thank you so much for your generosity!!! I highly recommend everything he serves?
