Every couple of years, the owners pay through the nose for a huge renovation to the building but then don 't pay squat for the actual staff so the employees the... read more Every couple of years, the owners pay through the nose for a huge renovation to the building but then don 't pay squat for the actual staff so the employees they do get are uninterested, overwhelmed, don 't know their own menu, repeatedly tell me they are Uhhh...UNSURE of their chicken (unsure of WHAT exactly? the count? salmonella content? and tell me they are unable to sell me basic things like ...chicken. It is wild. They are literally turning away customers because of the complete lack of oversight. When you do get the food...gnarly. I 've complained to corporate in the past, got another renovation and the quality went down within days of re-opening. Here we go again.
