Probably the best restaurant in Betalbatim. The food is really good and bag friendly. The owner is one of the sweetest and friendly people I met during my last trip to Goa. Not only did he let me and my friends feel at home... but he also ensured that he fulfilled our wishes, even if the specific things were not available. The prices for the food and bar menu are quite reasonable. Cheese naans,pasta, spring rolls and the Goan cuisine is a must try when you visit this beautiful restaurant. Hookah is also for those of you who want to smoke the evening there.

It used to be good. Now they only serve average food that you could probably get better in other places. Management must ensure that food is properly prepared. My last visit almost burned me or almost burned me. Not back later.

The restaurant, now named Starlight New Town, has recently been taken over by new management. We were very impressed with the food - my Chicken Kohlapuri and my wife's Butter Chicken were some of the best we've had. The portions were also very generous. However, we were a bit disappointed with the service, which needs improvement. It seemed like the waiting staff lacked experience, but they were eager to learn. We visited on a Friday evening and had a great time enjoying the high-quality karaoke provided by DJ Steve.
