However, do not expect top-notch room cleaning and comfort. During peak times, the property can get very crowded. The beds are uncomfortable and the rooms are not properly cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, so we opted to dine at nearby restaurants instead. The dinner menu was mediocre, so we would not recommend eating here. The beach nearby is beautiful, especially in the evenings, but can be crowded. There are plenty of options for drinks and snacks at the beachfront. We suggest opting for the villas instead of the rooms if staying here.

The rooms on the ground fl... read more I stayed at this property for 2 nights in March 2022. The property is very well maintained and is surrounded by gardens and greenery. The rooms on the ground floor have a private garden in the back, which is almost the same size as the room. The Wi-Fi in the rooms is strong enough to work comfortably. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with many options for both children and adults. The beach is just 200m away from the back door, making it convenient to access with minimal effort. There are also a few good beach shacks nearby. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this place.

The pool was in excellent condition. The resort's location right on the beach was a big plus. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant overlooks a lush green well maintained lawn and a water body (the swimming pool) this ads a...touch to satisfying the appetite. A must visit if you are in South Goa
