Da Tita is a relaxed restaurant owned by an Italian and staffed by very helpful employees. They serve some of the best authentic Italian pizzas and pastas in Goa, along with other delicious dishes. The Salt Crust Fish and Ribs are highly recommended, but must be pre-ordered. The owner even makes his own mozzarella cheese and imports most of the meats. We have visited this restaurant a few times, dining in and getting takeout. The pizzas are good, but the atmosphere lacks refinement. I have seen the owner at the beach and market, but he lacks warmth and conversation in the restaurant.
