My boyfriend and I stood at the entrance while three staff members went back and forth, yet none greeted us. After trying to make eye contact multiple times, I approached the trio to ask if we could seat ourselves. Unfortunately, the man with the ponytail completely ignored me, while another staff member began to answer but was interrupted by a woman who seemed to be a supervisor. She informed me that they were short-staffed and that we needed a reservation, despite the fact that there were only two other guests dining there. Good customer service makes a big difference, and I would recommend visiting Granzellas instead if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed—great people and delicious food!

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. Keep up the great work!

There was no rush at all, and the staff was very pleasant. We started with the salad, which was excellent. However, the surf and turf dinner was a bit disappointing; the steak was dry, although the stuffed shrimp with lobster had a great flavor, even if the shrimp itself was also a bit dry. For dessert, we tried the eggnog cheesecake, which tasted good but was crumbly when sliced. I did enjoy the hot chocolate; it's hard to go wrong with that! Overall, the ambiance was lovely!
