Well, I don't think I'll ever be visited and ordered again from the Zoup sites in columbus. it is always an inconvenience when I call the district manager to command one, even if she gave me her number herself, and it seems that this company doesn't want my money anymore? I miss the order and the food there, but I can't have any business experience like this again and again. View all feedback.
Suppose you serve me right before closing! Service with a smile and food was great.
Went to eat at 5:30 pm on 2/14/23 the staff is amazing! We were new to Zoup they were all patient while we decided on what to order. The food was delicious. Everyone was friendly. Restaurant was very clean. We were greeted with such kindness. Definitely recommend this specific location!!
Love the customer service and the Lobster Bisque and Tuna sandwich. I just wish the server would ask what we want in it.
This place is amazing! We are in from out of town for a concert and decided to eat here. Skylar (sorry if I spelled it wrong! took care of us! She was sweet and recommended some awesome choices! I got the Turkey Bacon Club with some Baja Mac Cheese. Both were delicious. My sister got the Italian Market sandwich and the Vegetable soup. She ate every bite! Definitely glad we stopped in!
Service is amazing and hope management sees that. Staff are kind and friendly makes a big difference!
