Great food. The 1/2 rack of Bbq ribs was good. The chocolate chip Cookie Dessert was wonderful. With all the TV around the restaurant and the toilet. I didn't have to be so strategic when I needed a kick break and didn't have to miss the Buckeye game! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Woodys Wing House:
Seen a couple of franchises pop up lately and gave a try after an evening event. The wings are ok but the other appetizers and entrees worked out better. I tried the load tots which were solid. The wing sauces are flavorful but don't mix well with the wings. Carry out service was meh.... the guy helping seemed to be having a day. May give it another try to see if I just showed up on a bad day. View all feedback.
I visited this restaurant for lunch on Wednesday, August 16th, and it is a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal. The food was delicious and the server was very friendly. Despite it being busy during peak hours, our food arrived promptly in less than 15 minutes. I ordered a burger which was both tasty and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place!
We had a great time at Woody's! The ambiance is perfect for enjoying wings, watching sports, and indulging in delicious bar food. We visited on a Monday, which happened to be their "Buy 10 boneless wings, get 10 free" special. I chose the honey garlic flavor (pictured), while my wife went for the Island Jerk. We were a bit surprised to find out that they charged extra for ranch, sauce, carrots, celery, and for requesting wet wings, as these are usually common accompaniments when ordering wings. Unfortunately, my wife's wings were so spicy that she couldn't eat them, and even I found them too hot to handle! We sipped on our beers and finished my wings before getting ready to leave. However, our waitress then informed us of a mix-up in the kitchen - we had been served Diablo wings, which are second in heat only to their extremely spicy 5th degree wings. To make up for the mistake, our waitress kindly offered us a complimentary dessert, showcasing excellent customer service. My wife opted for the cookie and ice cream to soothe her burning tongue. Although the sauce mix-up was rectified promptly, the additional charges for common side items and the fact that they were out of my first choice of beer led me to give Woody's a four-star rating. I would definitely return to Woody's if I find myself in Columbus again.
Woody's Wing House in Worthington, OH, on the north side of Columbus, is the best wing place, period! The wings are fresh, hot, crispy, juicy, and full of flavor - every bite is better than the last. They also offer a wide variety of tall, cold beers. But what really sets this place apart is the service, particularly from Davonna. She greeted and seated us, took our orders, and delivered everything with a smile and personality. She made our experience truly special. Thank you, Davonna, for such a great time at Woody's Wing House!
This was our first time eating here. I don 't know if it was just because of the Mount Union Raiders playoff watch party, or if it 's always like this, but it was very upbeat and fun. Everyone was smiling and friendly. The appetizers were fantastic and everyone who got wings really liked them. One critique: my family 'sauce snobs ' were a little critical of the choices. They got 6 flavors between them and they felt they were too similar. Great beer choices and everything but the bathrooms appeared to be clean. We 'll definitely be back!
Walked in and the server told us we were more than welcome to stay and eat but that the staff was just told by the owner that they were closing down and half the staff walked out and others didn't show so it was chaotic. Still had a good meal and the best service they could provide. That owner should be be ashamed of themselves for telling staff only 24 hrs ahead of shutting the doors for good.
