I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and I must say, I was extremely impressed with the customer service. Everyone was so friendly, even the manager took the time to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. What Anonym dislikes about Wingstop:
When the store first opened the employees were quick and efficient. The last 3 times I've ordered from here it took well over 40 min to complete my order, the employees blast music in the kitchen. I placed an online order last time and they didn't even have the ticket and it took over an hour for them to get my order. View all feedback.
The service at this restaurant was very unprofessional and the wings were terrible. The fries were old and cold. It was definitely not worth the price and I would not recommend anyone to go there.
The restaurant has had issues with either allowing the Uber Eats driver to pick up orders or taking the money without providing the food. This has resulted in a negative experience and makes it the worst Wingstop location.
The manager is an incompetent moron. Be careful ordering through Uber Eats. This place will give your order to the wrong courier and the manager will turn around and blame and gaslight you for it.
10 outta 10 would recommend!
I ordered 20 boneless wings and two large fries, but they were all served ice cold. When I asked for a remake or a refund, my request was refused. Save yourself the time and money and don't visit this restaurant.
