The cheeseburgers at this restaurant can be hit or miss. Some days they are large and flavorful, while other days they are stale and cold. With such long waits in line, it's not worth waiting for a second round of two or three cheeseburgers. However, the cheesesticks, French fries, and chicken rings are consistently good. Overall food quality would be rated at 3 out of 5. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about White Castle:
Firstly, there were only two customers at dinner time. We ordered a buy one, get one meal deal, but when we got to the window, we found out that our coupon had expired and we had to pay $17 for a meal we couldn't afford. The cashier apologized for the inconvenience. View all feedback.
If a customer is willing to place an order, I believe they should be served promptly. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting at the counter longer than necessary. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.

Severely under staffed, waited 20min in store for an order I put in online 15 minutes before I got to the store, and I hear the lady in the back say, it never came up, meaning it wasn't even started yet, 7 cars in the drive thru and 5 people in the lobby. To say they are short staffed is an understatement. But with all that said, they never told me it would be a while before it got done. I was charged my money and at that point I had no choice but to sit and wait, if I'd have know it would take a total of 35 minutes from the time of placing the order to get my food I would have never gone there. Not to mention the prices online are more expensive then the prices in store, for example, $3.19 for a 6 piece chicken ring online or $2.99 for a 10 piece in store. Same with the sliders, crave case was $3 cheaper in store than online.

Had to talk to the manager. 10 the 1921 slider, which costs $19. I had no idea that the cost was waiting for them. I had to wait 20 minutes before my order was done when I came home, the burgers were raw in the middle of the bun. the man asked if I wanted to bring her back, but I was already home. she said they'd send me a gift card, but the dinner was ruined. this retro shooter should have stayed back in 1921. ?
