The morning manager, who wears thick black glasses, always seems to have a negative attitude, making it feel like you're bothering her just by being there. Another manager who works the drive-thru in the afternoon tends to just toss your food into your car. It's common for them to get your order wrong, and when you have to go inside to address it, the place is unclean. The tables and chairs are a mess, covered in sticky substances. The only reason we continue to go here is because it's conveniently located just up the street from our workplace.
