Every time I visit this Wendy's, the service is extremely slow and my order is always messed up in some way. Today, I ordered two kids meals - one with a cheeseburger and ketchup only, and one with chicken nuggets. I also ordered a large fry and chili for myself, and my husband got a burger combo. Every time I visit this Wendy's, the service is extremely slow and my order is always messed up in some way. Today, I ordered two kids meals - one with a cheeseburger and ketchup only, and one with chicken nuggets. I also ordered a large fry and chili for myself, and my husband got a burger combo. We had to wait at the drive-thru until noon, which is unacceptable during lunch rush. When we finally received our food, my large fry was missing so I had to go inside to get it. I also realized that I was given two chicken nugget kids meals instead of the burger my 3-year-old requested. This experience has convinced me to drive to a different Wendy's in the future.
This restaurant is a complete disappointment. I don't usually eat at Wendy's, but when it's late and it's the only option, I had no choice. I have visited this Midland location TWICE because it claims to be open until 1am. The first time, I pulled up to the speaker and got no response. I drove around to the window and saw workers cleaning, but when I waved, they ignored me. I called and left a voicemail for the manager to report this issue. Today, on April 15th at 11:30pm, I drove up to the speaker again and still got no response. I drove to the window and saw a worker trying to hide, but when he realized I wasn't leaving, he came to talk to me. I showed him my phone indicating that the location should be open until 1am, but he said it was wrong and that they were closed. He then shut the window on me. This location is terrible, and I believe the issue lies with the manager and the franchisee, not the workers.
