Great experience, waiters are well dressed and excellently trained and mannered. The only complaint is that when we had our wedding here, there wasn't any type of commemorating or personability from the owners and out of the close to 4 or 5 thousand we've spent supporting the business over the years, I'm not sure I've ever actually had interactions with the owners that felt heartwarming. What yingxin ye doesn't like about Tora:
The food quality doesn’t match the service and atmosphere here. Service is really good, but the food is really bad. Tora signature roll is very disappointing me because the shrimp tempura inside is NOT crispy and crunchy at all The rest sushi is just ok and normal. The blue fine tuna sushi is not really fresh, the tuna is too soft. Same for sea urchin. I searched “top rated restaurant” and come here but it’s really d... View all feedback.
Great atmosphere. Delicious tuna and avocado salad. Very reasonable prices.
KC was our server and his recommendations were spot on! Very nice high end vibe with a great wine and saki menu. We throughly enjoy our evening and happy to take a few home!
I had an incredible dining experience at Tora! The Hibachi Steak presentation was uniquely impressive compared to most places, offering a generous portion of both high-quality protein and vegetables. The overall quality of the food was top-notch. Jacob and Charlotte provided outstanding service; they were both professional and personable, making the meal even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself has a lovely ambiance, and the price for the quality and service was very reasonable. Highly recommend Tora for a fantastic meal!
The food was great five years ago and is still good today 5/13/24 these are the pictures from yesterday's carryout menu came back on 06/01/2024
Title: A Disappointing Experience at Tora Restaurant: Subpar Food, Nonexistent Service, and OverpricedMy recent visit to Tora Restaurant left me utterly disappointed. The food was subpar and took an unreasonably long time to arrive. The chefs spends more time chatting and joking with each other than preparing the orders. The overall experience was marred by nonexistent service and a price tag that simply did not justify the quality of the food and service.Firstly, the food at Tora Restaurant was far from satisfactory. The dishes lacked flavor, were poorly executed, and failed to meet even the most basic expectations. It was evident that little effort was put into ensuring the quality and taste of the dishes. Additionally, the wait time for the food was excessive, leaving me and other patrons frustrated and hungry. Waiting excessively for subpar food only added to the disappointment of the overall dining experience. Moreover, the service at Tora Restaurant was practically nonexistent. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, paying little attention to customer needs or requests. It was nearly impossible to get the attention of a server when assistance was required. This lack of attentiveness and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable for a restaurant that charges premium prices.Speaking of prices, Tora Restaurant is grossly overpriced for the quality of food and service provided. The exorbitant prices simply do not match the underwhelming dining experience. Paying such a high price for subpar food and nonexistent service is unjustifiable and leaves customers feeling cheated. My experience at Tora Restaurant was underwhelming and disappointing. The subpar food, nonexistent service, and exorbitant prices make it a dining establishment that I cannot recommend. I urge potential diners to seek out other restaurants in the area that offer better quality food, attentive service, and reasonable prices.
