This is my favorite Timmys location. They’re always super quick (compared to Dunkin down the street) and I get my drink/food ASAP! I’ve been here about 4 times in the last 2 weeks. I loved the man today who took my order and got my half dozen donuts latte. Tall Caucasian guy with a hoop earring, was kind, fast and had a lovely personality. I wish I could’ve tipped him! I’m always going here from now on. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
We entered the restaurant in the middle of the day and waited in line at the register to place our order, only to be abruptly and rudely informed by the manager that the dining room was closed. The same happened to another customer who came in shortly after us. Despite the clean restrooms, we were disappointed by the lack of politeness and professionalism. We will not be returning to Tim Hortons, either at this locat... View all feedback.
I usually love Tim Hortons but this one was a little disappointing. The coffee was great but my sandwich was barely warm, the cheese wasn't even melting
They didn't have the icy lid. the person who commanded the drive was abrupt. after every article he asked if that was all. even if I had to order more, he crashed me. When I told him, he said he was supposed to go into the window. in the window I told them I didn't order everything. they said that I could not make any changes to the order.
Drivethru line was in the road so I parked and went in. After we wait a few moments, a woman came out of the back and said: only so they know it will take 15 minutes before we come to them, I was surprised but said ok another woman about the kitchen of me, naked and said: we are just really really very short personalized again, I just said ok I said the few people who came behind me, these informations and the first two left. the third remained. then the first woman told him it will take half an hour until we come to you, so I piped half an hour and said five minutes ago it was 15 minutes. they wait for the people in the window without waiting. I came in because I didn't get in the line, it was in the street. the woman over the kitchen lost her marmore at this point and began to bark me (she didn't shout, but she was clearly torn) I start! I'm not with me. we have no baker! I'm just going to see me. Now look. the Drivethru window was open and I thought the guy outside in his car would have a heart attack when he listened to her. I had just clicked on an online order, so I stood there a few more moments and a nice man who had taken over the thru ordering running gear came by and very gently said I'm sorry. What can I get them because he pulled online order cards from the printer. I said it's right there in your hand, I put the order online he said that I'm sorry again and quickly handed over my food. I just said that was absolutely not called for he said yes, I'm so sorry and I left. I understand that the restaurant industry is short, but there was no reason to talk to me like that. I have worked 25 years in the service industry (including tim hortons). I have never seen what is so anxious about a customer.
Prices are going up and now they don't even put the cream cheese on your bagel so I don't know
So upset that the Boston cream was stale this morning at 7:20am. No way fresh! the baker comes in at 3am to start on them. So its obvious they left it on a tray over night. Just laziness and not wanting to count it as waste. Should of counted as waste last night now they get a bad review which is worse. Horrible
