I usually go to the same Tim Hortons, but today the line was finally moving. I waited in line for 20 minutes just for a single cup of coffee. I had to wait to order, then waited again at the order board. Finally, when I got to the window, the person at the register took forever to process my card. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I had the worst caramel ice cap at this restaurant. The lady working in the drive-thru even mentioned to another employee that the piping bag of topping was empty and just tossed it away. The ice cap tasted awful, like it wasn't mixed properly. I would not recommend it. View all feedback.
Very friendly staff. very helpful. picked up several gift cards they were very helpful to load them all over the drive-thru.
Horriable customer service ?on Mon. Octoner 4th around 11:45 am.. I pulled up to the window ask for 2 med coffee with double cream 15 sugar on the side 1 med. Vanilla iced Capp with whipped cream add camle drizzle..I was handed a camle ice cap instead. When I asked to have my order corrected to what I order, I was given an attitude.. The 2 men didn't remake my ice vanilla ice cap, they handed me the same carmle ice that they added Vanilla Icecap to the old camle ice cap ..It was the worst tasting ice cap ever..On top of that I had to remind them to give us the sugar for our coffee..I was so outraged with the horrible service the product the I pulled off and threw away my $5 ice cap. it was unbearable to drink that product)I was now not only out my drink my but was treated very awful, witch put a damper to my moring.. Dining room and counter is closed, but the service was excellent.
The food head is consistently poor. Everything is wet and soggy.
