Forbearance! they will recharge them twice and steal their money. it happened several times. it would be wise to take their business elsewhere.

The service was terrible. I have a few simple asking how do you have chai lattes and do you have irish cream both ask answered with I don't know that I ordered a vanilla latte, it wasn't a vanilla latte. I don't know what it was. but it was tasteless. Unfortunately, I had moved away and was already on the way before I tasted it.

David is always very friendly and helpful. edited to supplement on 3/20/2022: my previous review is still true, imo, but when did they stop preparing the roasted bagels with cream cheese? Should the customers transfer and prepare their own food? Why would they even go here to get it in this case? You could buy your own if you have to do the work. change the price to reflect the situation when it will be.

Terrible! only terrible customer service! I ordered the redner and said 2 donuts with frost and she said the sum and never came back and was not done. When I came into the window, I let her know that I wanted a dietary coke, and they said, "Oh, we don't add anything in the window "... was not my fault, but they refused to sell me a drink and said I had to go through again. what kind of business is that and around the donuts tasted as if they were sitting in the air for a longer time

I work across the street from this location and I occasionally like to stop and get some donuts . Last visit was not good completely out of everything I wanted. I work In fast food so it’s expected to have menu items available 24/7 unless we are out of something which only happens once in a while. Get it the hell together Tim hortons
