I am very disappointed! We ordered a 16oz Polar Bear Frappe, and she even repeated the order back to us. But when we received it, we were given a hot coffee instead. We informed her that we ordered a Frappe, but she insisted that we didn't. I pointed out that she had confirmed our order, but she denied it, claiming we ordered a breve with extra cream. They really enjoy the coffee and the lady who works there!
The white chocolate mocha is our favorite drink and the nice ladies who work here make it perfectly!
