Texas Roadhouse - Columbus

My friends and I have been to this restaurant several times, and it’s always a wonderful experience. I often forget to take photos of my food, even when I’m really hungry! However, I made sure to snap a picture of my strawberry cheesecake today, and it was delicious. The servers are very friendly, the food comes out quickly, and everything we’ve had has been fantastic!

I secured my spot right away, and the rattlesnake bites were absolutely delicious! They are similar to jalapeño poppers. I ordered my filet cooked medium, and it came out perfectly. The sides weren’t anything special, but they were good. The apple cake dessert was impressive—literally a quarter of a whole torte! The service was excellent as well. I was hesitant to visit this restaurant due to some reports of criminal activity, but I noticed a police officer in the lobby, which was reassuring, and the atmosphere was very quiet. Please note that mask restrictions were in place as of 9/19/21.

I didn't have to wait at the bar, which was great. The service was outstanding. My meal was served surprisingly quickly and scorching hot right off the grill, which I loved!

The waitress was fantastic! Being from out of town, I relied on Uber for transportation, and my phone was running low on battery. She went out of her way to find a charger for me, which I really appreciated. The food was excellent as well! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all 5 out of 5.
