Just after an engaging conversation about bison, I had the Delicious Duo, featuring a three-ounce Bison Burger and a three-ounce Angus Burger. Both were absolutely delicious! I ordered mine well done, and they turned out juicy and flavorful, with just the right amount of grilled cabbage. The onion rings were perfectly seasoned and crispy. The staff were fantastic; we were greeted upon arrival, and our waiter was very attentive. I particularly loved the decor, especially the large faux bison head and the vintage coat watch. Overall, it’s a really cool place, and you can take a stroll through the park next to the restaurant after your meal.

Always big bison. My friend and my steaks were understated, so no problem, but we waited for 5 minutes to check on us and fire them up again and there were only 1 other group eating at lunch.
