I think they got a new cook or something. This last order wasn't amazing like I've had in the past. Gen tso's beef wasn't crispy at all, like they didn't fry it. That dish was the only reason I order from this place. Eggrolls and Rangoons were good, entrées did not hit the spot View all feedback.
What Mariah C doesn't like about Taste Of Orient:
The fried rice tasted old and musty. Very gross. It was orange, not like any fired rice I've ever seen. I got the mongolian chicken and it was mostly onion. Not much meat. The cashier was very nice and service was quick. View all feedback.
Their pad thai is my boyfriend’s favorite treat. We always get crab rangoons, the red curry is super yummy as well. Everything comes in great sizes.
Absolute best Asian food in the city imo. although I'm autistic and always get the same thing, but it fuggn SLAPS. orange peel chicken and fried rice.
My go-to place for wonton soup. You get a huge portion for $3.95. Filled to the brim and lots of wontons. Soo good. Prepared fast and piping hot. You definitely get your moneys worth
Yummy fast cheap fresh Chinese takeout. Nice people and great service. Huge portions
We got the Hibachi steak dinner with white rice and vegetable spring rolls. The food is absolutely delicious. This is my first time ordering food at A Taste of Orient. I will be back. Susan C
