Starbucks - Columbus

This place is located inside a Kroger and isn’t your typical hangout spot with WiFi. It’s a decent stop for grabbing a bite to eat. The staff was very cheerful and friendly, which made the experience enjoyable. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

Last two times I went to this location it was closed. The most recent time being 10am on a Saturday after a barista just finished making drinks for other customers. Not sure what Starbucks store closes at 10am on a Saturday, but I won’t waste my time stopping at this location anymore!

Visiting this place feels like a gamble. Will they be open? Will they have what I want when they are? Today, I had to wait in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, only to be told through the intercom that they only accept cash. Why can't they just put up a sign to save me the time?

This place is quite disappointing. The customer service is extremely poor; the staff member who assisted me looked like she had just lost her dog. I understand that everyone has their struggles, but if you're not able to do your job properly, it might be better to stay home. This reflects poorly on what seems to be a reputable brand. I ordered a latte with extra espresso, but what I received was essentially a cup of milk with hardly any coffee.

Dieucks here the customer service is not sad. the women who worked the register paulette, was their name, she was just so rude, she had no luck to her, what ever if you don't like your job, that's a thing, but we could just be totally rude and respectful like a whole other. When I told her my order, she looked at me and told me last minute that she didn't have what I wanted, and then I said okay I'm guessing I'm gonna get something else and she said yes you need it. if they want these diets to stay in business, I suggest that I have some workers in there who actually want to be there.
