Sonic Drive-in - Columbus

I just ordered from this sonic of doordash and I ordered the strawberry cheesecake milkshake and mean the Oreo chocolate chip cookie milkshake and when it came my men was tasty and my strawberry cheesecake was very salty mixed in the shakeip cream it was a little better but still very salty I mean, it was worse than licking salt from the hand, and the best part I've thrown up at the end. Son staff, if something smell bad maybe they should not put the beer in people drinks and mix it l; if the fruit is rotten, then maybe they should not mix or make drink literally men's shi

Literally the worst place ever!!!! i had orders online and they had the stalls turned off off i didn’t know what number of stall on the pickup order online so we went thru the drive thru and we had sat there for a food 30 minutes we sat there for ab 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. the food was absolutely disgusting and very cold! i had orderd a thing of the cookie bites that’s supposed to come with ice cream but they said the machine wasn’t working but they were making many many shakes! i do not recommend at all.

So the milkshakes were good (the only thing in our order) but the service was abysmal. I understand the staffing issues but both the woman taking the order and the woman taking payment and handing out food were just as rude as can be. For example we thanked her for handing the card back and got no response, thanked her for the milkshakes and got mmhmm and the window slamming shut.

Never have i had an issue until today. I order on the app when I get Sonic. It is easy and convenient. Not today, I pull up and check in, and after 20 minutes of watching the drive thru move I push the red button and the rude girl says we are only doing drive thru at this time. I been sitting 20 minutes and she couldn't come out and tell me. She made me go in the drive thru line and wait forever. If I could have canceled I would have but on the app it is paid. Then, 2 workers outside just goofing off meanwhile, the girl inside clearly doesn't want to work or do her job. Customer service is ridiculous now a days.

Horrible customer service and poor quality. I moved here from Austin, Texas where Sonic is known for their amazing hamburgers, especially the number 1. However, the hamburgers at this location is disgusting. The meat taste boiled instead of fried and the veggies are not fresh. The footlong was a total joke as they shorted us on toppings (the chili had a spoiled taste). I am sooooo disappointed in this Midwest Sonic as they have totally tarnished the Sonic name and reputation. I would encourage the franchise owner to take a trip down south to experience real car hop service and how Sonic food/beverages are supposed to taste.
