none of the outside lights were illuminated at 9 o'clock, we didn't think they were even open. then we waited 15 behr our order was even taken, but it came out quickly. eating was worth what we paid. the shakes were super thick and delicious. food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
do not want someone here in difficult service is good, order is always correct, etc. However, the drive by loudspeakers can use some work and wait times in the running gear are excessive. I would like to see company investments to help the employees here a bit, they work out their back: View all feedback.
This location was great I had multiple orders and everyone got there orders exactly how they wanted them. The wait was very quick and the employees were nice. I personally had the patty melt combo with onion rings as my side and was unfortunately disappointed. The melt was dry and tasted like it was missing something I was hoping for something more flavourful and cheesy and the onion rings were unsalted so they were very blan. I didn't enjoy this combo but I still love Sonic food this is the first time I have been disappointed with there food. But I did order a banana creme shake that was absolutely delicious a little too much whipped creme but still tasty. To too things off it had little crumbles of vanilla wafers sprinkled on the whipped cream to top off it's pure perfection. Even though I want happy with this combo I will definitely be back to try others and I will try this location again.
The service was terrible! we had 6 items to order and they were irritated after the second item. in such a short time, I have never been able to get so much. our ice cream came out relatiw timely, althoughfood: 3/5
Drive thru onlybwhich is understandable. Missed part of the order thru the speaker. Had to wait longer to order it at the window once we realized we didnt get it. Good was cold and/or burnt. Footong coney was smothered in ketchup and mustard. All but one of the shakes were off somehow. Didn 't taste good. Not a good showing.Food: 1/5
Went and they told me I had to use drive thru. I wanted to order and eat at a Kiosk. There was 4-5 people inside. This will be my last time going here. Thank you for showing me such poor customer service.
I don't know if they're understaffed or not, but I've been here twice and the service was overwhelmingly slow. 1st time, I ordered through Uber eats, and 4 drivers cancelled because service was too slow and they got stuck in the drive through. 2nd time I decided to go there. We pulled into a bay, pressed the red button to order, and it took so long that the button stopped flashing. Employees we're moving slowly and didn't tell us if maybe the machine was broken or not or if we should use the drive through. I will not be returning here and I don't recommend anyone give their patronage to this business. If they are understaffed then there should be signs apologizing for slower than expected service. If they aren't understaffed, and just have slow and bad service, then perhaps they should take a 2nd look at whether or not this is the best location for a sonic.
